With over 28 years of experience in dentistry and more than 15 years dedicated to All-on-X (AOX) workflows, Shaana Gripp has built a career that spans every stage of the restorative process, from chairside surgery to final delivery.
Known throughout the industry as the Queen City LadyToothMaker, Shaana brings a unique perspective that few professionals possess. Her experience extends beyond the dental laboratory and into the clinical environment, allowing her to understand the complete patient journey, the challenges faced by clinicians, and the production demands of modern dental laboratories.
Throughout her career, Shaana has worked across nearly every aspect of full-arch implant dentistry, including:

Her expertise has helped laboratories and clinical teams identify bottlenecks, streamline production, reduce remakes, maximize technology investments, and create predictable outcomes from consultation through final restoration delivery.
Having worked alongside clinicians, technicians, manufacturers, software developers, milling centers, and equipment providers, Shaana understands how to bridge the gap between clinical expectations and laboratory execution.
Today, she provides consulting, hands-on training, workflow development, product collaboration, content creation, and AOX manufacturing support to organizations throughout North America.
